Sub: Delegation of Powers to GMs regarding establishment matters
The matter of posting of ADRMs and duty list of officers on Zonal Railways has been reviewed and in partial modification of the existing instructions the following instructions are herby issued.
1. The officers whose orders will be issued by Railway Board for posting as ADRMs up to Dec’ 18, 2017, should be spared immediate! y to join their new assignment. In the event of a GM desiring a change in any of the ADRM posted on his divisions, a reference may be sent to EDCC, Railway Board with cogent reasons to effect the change. This will normally be considered by the Board.
2. The tenure of ADRMs shall be around 3 years. An officer having completed cumulative 3 years as ADRM shall normally not be posted again as ADRM on any division.
3. For each new additional ADRM posted since Oct’ 6, 2017 or for those that may be posted in future, the supporting staff shall be transferred from the Zonal Headquarters to the Divisions.
4. GMs are hereby authorized to change the duty list of any officer posted on their Zonal Railways.
